The RAIDD Code

This is the internal standard that defines how we live, how we lead, and how we rise.

I master my impulses, emotions, and desires. I do what is necessary even when it is uncomfortable or inconvenient, and I remain committed to long-term goals over short-term comfort.

I commit to continuous improvement and service beyond myself. I persist in my efforts even when faced with setbacks, and I contribute to my community and the greater good.
